- Obtaining medical information and doctor's signature for death certificate
- Filing death certificate and disposition permit with county and state
- Disposition permit fee
- Unscheduled van delivery to local cemetery
This package includes transportation from a local airport into our care. It does not include a funeral coach, weekend fees, church service or graveside service.
