• Professional services of the funeral director and staff
• Minimum use of facilities (covers our overhead cost)
• Transfer of remains into our care local airport or facility
• Refrigeration of remains
• Obtaining medical information and doctor's signature for death certificate
• Filing death certificate and disposition permit with county and state
• Disposition permit fee
• Unscheduled van delivery to local cemetery

This package includes transportation from a local airport into our care. It does not include a funeral coach, weekend fees, church service or graveside service.
