Local Forwarding Of Remains

List of services:

  • Professional services of the funeral director and staff
  • Minimum use of facilities (covers our overhead cost)
  • Transfer of remains into our care from a residence or facility
  • Transfer of working causes worksheet and EDRS record (if created)
  • Refrigeration of remains
  • Releasing the decedent

This package includes one or two person removal of the deceased into our care and release to a local funeral home. A signed release is required by the legal next of kin pursuant to the Health & Safety Code 7100.
